To our valued Customers and Suppliers, please be advised that Hoshizaki Lancer has a policy concerning gifts which reads as follows:

All business transactions between Lancer and its vendors, suppliers and customers must be arm’s length transactions for legitimate business reasons. Consequently, to avoid any actual or potential conflicts of interest or the appearance of inappropriate influence, Lancer has adopted a policy that prohibits all employees from receiving gifts from vendors, suppliers, customers, applicants for service or contractors with whom we do business or see to do business. Gifts include souvenirs and/or advertising memorabilia such as shirts, umbrellas, coffee mugs; breakfast, lunch, or dinners; trips, seminars, or lodging; holiday gift baskets; golf or tickets to sports or theatre outings.
