Scott has led the Customer Satisfaction, Product Line Management, and Finance teams for Lancer Worldwide. Scott joined Lancer in 1996 after working in the banking industry and has held a variety of financial management positions during his tenure.
Marc Phillis
Executive Vice President - Global Sales & Marketing
Marc Joined Hoshizaki Lancer Australia in 2017 as Sales and Marketing Director in Asia. After a successful term in Asia, Marc was promoted to Managing Director EMEA in the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Lancer Marc worked at Coca Cola Amatil Australia for 13 years.

With over 40 years’ experience in the beverage industry including operations, engineering and customer relations, John has been a leader in the industry with a passion for continuous improvement and the ultimate customer experience.
Becky Dubose
Vice President - Brand & Channel Marketing
With over 20 years’ experience in the Foodservice industry, including several leadership roles in marketing, Becky is responsible for all foodservice sales activities in North America and is also responsible for the overall Lancer Worldwide marketing strategy.

With over 21 years of industry experience, as Chief Financial Officer in a variety of industries, Wally is responsible for the overall Lancer Worldwide Finance strategy.
Dominick Salvato
VP Engineering & Innovation
Dom comes to us with over 30 years of experience in Engineering with complimentary roles leading manufacturing across carbonated beverage dispensing, mobile computing, IoT technology, and automation within foodservice equipment. His knowledge and experiences make him a strong fit to lead Lancer’s global engineering function and help us advance our goals to grow and develop our people and modernize our ways of working.

With more than 20 years of beverage dispensing industry experience, Steven leads the European business supporting our customers across the region. Steven is multi-lingual and based in the United Kingdom.
